Do I Have a Personal Injury Claim?
A personal injury claim is an injury that is someone else’s fault, legally. Often, the person responsible didn’t mean to hurt the victim on purpose. Even if you’re hurt in an accident, you shouldn’t have to bear the losses without compensation. The person with legal fault should pay.
A personal injury claim can be based on negligence, which is any conduct or omission that falls below a standard of reasonable care. A claim can also be based on recklessness or an intentional act. If someone else caused the injury or harm, you should be compensated. Many claims are paid through insurance policies. We understand the laws for victims to receive financial relief. We look at all possibilities that may benefit you.
In addition to injury claims, we also handle investment and securities fraud.
