Ali Robertson is an associate attorney at RP Legal LLC, where she advocates for individuals who have suffered serious financial harm after being sold Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance policies under false pretenses. She focuses on holding insurance companies, agents, and financial advisors accountable when they take advantage of retirees, professionals, and business owners by marketing these complex products as “safe,” “guaranteed,” or “risk-free” retirement strategies.
With a commitment to uncovering deception and restoring justice for victims of financial misconduct, Ali plays a key role in developing the firm’s litigation strategies in IUL cases nationwide.
Ali earned her law degree cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she served on the editorial board of the South Carolina Law Review and developed a passion for high-impact advocacy.
She lives in Columbia, South Carolina with her husband, Jamie.
