Today judge Michelle Childs denied a motion by the SC Attorney General to dismiss the longest pending same-sex marriage case in SC. Judge Childs dismissed the case against Governor Haley in 11th Amendment grounds but left the case against the AG intact.
Interesting developments in a very closely watched case.
